Terms and Conditions

• Food or Drink are not to be consumed on our Buses
• Smoking, Drug and Alcohol consumption is prohibited on our buses as per government regulations.
• Intoxicated persons will not be permitted onboard and will forfeit their ticket.
• Baggage is limited to two suitcases per person.
• We reserve the right to charge excess baggage at $5.00 per item. Max 20Kg per item- please help to look after our driver’s backs in retirement.
• Airlie Airport Bus will not be responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to for you to arrive at your destination on time.
• Clean and tidy clothes to worn.
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or personal and valuable items.
• Online bookings no later than 3 hours prior to flight departure time. Call 0476233717 to book within this time frame.

Our Refund Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: full refund less $10.00 admin fee.
• Less than 24 hours notice or failure to board: no refund.
