Our check-in counter is at Shop 1 in the Arrivals Hall, directly opposite baggage carousel 2. When you exit the aircraft and enter the terminal, turn left — you'll see us immediately at the top end from the left. We're the first desk you'll encounter, which is why our passengers never have trouble finding us.
Standard checked luggage (23kg suitcases) and a hand-carry bag are included. We have a large trailer for all passenger luggage. If you have oversized items like surfboards, golf clubs, or diving equipment, please let us know when booking so we can ensure we have space.
