I’m Gloria, and I manage all bookings and coordinate our drivers. With 10 years in airport transfers and a background in travel and tourism from Hong Kong, I make sure every pickup runs smoothly.
When you call or email, you’ll speak with me or Anny, another member of our experienced team. We’re both fluent in English, Cantonese (粵語), and Mandarin (普通話), and we both have extensive experience in Whitsundays airport transfers.

After collecting your luggage, walk straight ahead. Our desk is directly opposite the baggage carousel 2 with bright red “Airlie Airport Bus” signage – you can’t miss us!
We’re the first service desk you’ll see when you exit the baggage area.
Arrival Information
Transfer time: 35-40 minutes to Airlie Beach
Departure: Usually 15-30 minutes after flight arrival
Service: Direct to your accommodation address

Booking changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. Email us at info@airportbuswhitsundays.com.au or call (+61) 476 233 717 with your booking reference. No changes or refunds are available within 24 hours of your transfer time.
No worries! We track all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we’ll be there when you land. No need to call us – we’ve got it covered.
Absolutely! We provide door-to-door service to all accommodations in Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, and Jubilee Pocket – including Airbnbs and private addresses – as long as our bus and trailer can safely turn around.
Yes, forward-facing child seats are available for $5 per seat. Please mention this when booking or call us to arrange.
