I booked with this company for transport to Airlie and return but provided wrong hotel information. They contacted me to change the information and provided a great service. I would definitely recommend them if you are visiting the Airlie beach area . Peter Law07/02/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start! Perhaps with me messing up the booking but someone noted this and contacted me immediately to confirm transfer requirements and put things right ✅️ On the day of travel our flight was cancelled and alternative flights were not available. Before I could contact Airlie Beach Airport Bus Whitsundays they made contact requesting confirmation of action required. As rescheduled flights were not available we had to cancel our trip so requested a refund. This was processed and confirmed within minutes. So although we never managed to experience the transfer I must say the service we received was excellent and I would recommend Airlie Beach Airport Bus Whitsundays to all. G Law07/02/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Due to the terrible weather we never actually made it to Airlie to use our transfer but these guys were so amazing with there customer service I still felt it was worth leaving a review!!! They messaged us to say they could see our flight was cancelled to reschedule and then once we found out we wouldn’t be able to travel at all they made it super easy for us a to get a refund with no back and forth negotiations. They also helped us when we were initially booking as we had some problems using the website but they sorted it really quickly and efficiently for us Edie Thoms31/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
